Body notes™: Understanding digital purchases
Body Notes™ is designed as a one-time digital purchase, providing immediate access to valuable insights. Due to the digital nature of its access and delivery, all sales for Body Notes™ are final and non-refundable, except in cases where explicitly required by law. We encourage you to review all details before completing your purchase.
Practitioner review: Our service commitment
Our Practitioner Review services, encompassing both Basic and Advanced options, include dedicated scheduled service time and the delivery of written deliverables tailored to your needs. Unless otherwise mandated by law, all Practitioner Review purchases are non-refundable. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized support through these sessions.
Rescheduling & support: Important guidelines
If your Practitioner Review requires rescheduling, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please use the specific booking method provided at the time of purchase (e.g., via Leap / Book My Time). Please note that missed appointments or requests for rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of your service time.
Should you believe you've been charged in error, for example, a duplicate charge, please contact us within 3 business days at support@balightwellness.com. Provide your name, the email used for purchase, and details from your receipt. Upon confirmation of a billing error, we will promptly correct it.
